The age by decades are as follows: The number 90 or upwards in years 9, 6 women and 3 men--The oldest being Mr. Hannah Wright, Ann Arbor Town 94 years 5 months and 8 days, 80-90 34, 70 to 80 34, 60 to 70, 19, Under 60--15. Age wanting in 4 cases.
In years resident: Four had lived in the county over 70 years, the oldest being John Maynard of Ann Arbor City, credited with 74, the others being Morrell Goodrich of Scio, 71; J. Nelson Fowler of Superior, 71; and Mrs. Ione Brewer Kimmel of Superior 71. Thirty-two had lived in the county 60 or more years.
As usual I am indebted to Mr. Isaac Terry, the president of the society from Webster for a complete report from that town. Would all vice presidents do likewise the reports would be of much more interest now and of far greater value in years to come.
